Toasted English Muffins With Cheese |

This makes a nice appetizer, lunch or snack. From British Foods. I haven't tried this yet. Ingredients:
6 english muffins, cut in half and toasted |
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder |
1/4 cup chopped green olives |
1/4 cup green onion, chopped (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, curry powder, olives and green onion, if using, together. 2. Spread on toasted muffins; put in the oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. |
