Found this . Sounds very easy and good. Recipe calls for a chocolate cake mix, but you could use any cake mix flavor you wanted, pineapple would be great! Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) bag toasted coconut marshmallows |
1 (18 1/4 ounce) box chocolate cake mix |
1 1/4 cups water |
1/3 cup oil |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan. 2. Cut marshmallows in half. 3. Place marshmallows, cut side down in bottom of prepared pan. 4. Prepare cake as directed on box and pour over the marshmallows. 5. Bake cake as directed on box. 6. Marshmallows will rise to the top and form a frosting. 7. Allow to cool completely before cutting. |
