These are great for a brunch. Ingredients:
3 english muffins, split and toasted |
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, cut into 6 slices |
6 slices tomatoes, 1/2 inch thick |
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
1. Place each muffin half, cut side up, on a baking sheet. 2. Top each with a cheese slice, tomato slice and crumbled bacon. 3. Bake muffins at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts. |
