Toasted Almond Rice

A very tasty rice dish - everyone will enjoy -
Ingredients:
5 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups uncle ben's wholegrain brown rice
1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)
1 (900 ml) box campbell's chicken broth, 25% less sodium
1 cup toasted slivered almonds
Directions:
1. Cook onions in heated oil in heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-high heat for 1 minute, stirring often.
2. Add rice, soy sauce and broth. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover.
3. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in almonds.
