Another simple and nutty side dish... Ingredients:
2 tablespoons slivered almonds |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 small yellow bell pepper (julienned) |
1 small red bell pepper (julienned) |
1 teaspoon white pepper |
1 teaspoon snipped fresh basil |
Directions:
1. Lightly toast almonds in frying pan until light golden color. 2. Add olive oil and bell peppers. 3. Sprinkle with pepper and sauté for about 3 minutes. 4. Plate and sprinkle with fresh basil. |
