Prep time: less than 15 minutes. Ingredients:
1/2 small apple |
1 tablespoon fat-free cottage cheese or cream cheese |
1 slice bread, multi-grain |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 dash of cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Pare and core apple. Dice into 1/2 inch cubes. Cook over low heat until soft. 2. Place bread in toaster and toast until brown. 3. Spread cheese on toast. 4. Place apples over cheese. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar to taste. |
