I got this recipe from the March 2008 issue of WWE mag. It comes from William Regal Ingredients:
1 lb. of sausge links |
2 eggs |
1 tsp. salt |
1 tbsp. butter |
1 cup milk |
1 cup flour |
1 tsp. pepper |
Directions:
1. In a pan, fry the sausages until they are slightly brown in a casserole dish. 2. Next, place milk, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and butter in a blender and blend until smooth. 3. Pour batter over sausages and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 min. or until batter becomes golden brown |
