Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground fresh beef suet |
Directions:
1. Cook suet in a heavy saucepan over moderately low heat until melted and clear and are golden, about 20 minutes. Pour through a fine sieve into a bowl, then cool. Chill until firm and white. Finely chop suet. 2. Cooks' note: Rendered suet keeps, covered and chilled, 1 month. |
