Ingredients:
1 pound ground pork sausage |
1 pound ground beef |
1 (16-oz.) pkg. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed |
1 tablespoon catsup |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 to 2 loaves sliced party rye |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage and beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Add cheese and stir over low heat until melted. Add catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon meat mixture onto rye slices by tablespoonfuls; arrange on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese bubbles and bread is crisp. |
