mmmmmm.....love avocados.
Ingredients:
2 -3 slices tomatoes
2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
1/2 avocado, sliced
lettuce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Spread one slice of toast with mayo, sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
2. Top with lettuce, then tomatoes, then avocados, then the last slice of bread.
3. Take a big bite, and enjoy!
