1 1/2 pounds chicken breast |
1/4 cup lima beans |
1/4 cup corn |
1/2 cup carrots, diced |
1/2 cup green beans |
15 ounces potatoes, diced |
4 cups chicken broth, low fat |
1 1/2 cups egg noodles, whole wheat |
2 tsp salt |
1 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. cook chicken til shredable, drain from water and shred, add broth and all other ingredients in to pot ans cook til noodles and veggies are soft |
