8 oz fat free chream cheese |
2 oz splenda |
1/4 t vanilla extract or to taste or not at all |
4 oz cool whip (2 cups) |

1 t grapenuts |
Directions:
1. mix thoroughly 2. spoon into 3 bowls 3. refridgerate over night... or eat immediately... whatever works 4. Top with a little grape nuts cereal for a more crusty taste and texture. 5. Add fresh fruit or sugar free preserves if you like. 6. Doubles easily |
