Tita Cels Almost Corned Beef

My tita cel (Gos rest her soul) taught me a great way to serve corned beef without the preservatives.
Ingredients:
1 kilo of beef kenchi (but other prefer brisket)
3 whole onions, diced (set aside half for sauteing)
3 whole garlic, cut into cloves and crushed (set aside half for sauteing)
a stalk of parsley and celery
freshly ground pepper
5 tbsp. fish sauce (malaysian brand is good)
cubed potatoes
2 tbsp oil
Directions:
1. in a pressure cooker, mix all ingredients together with just enough water to cover the kenchi beef. (except for half of the onions and garlics and cubed potatoes)
2. Pressure-cook the beef and ingredients until tender or flaky.
3. Once soft, drain the beef.
4. In a wok, put in oil and sautee remaining onions and garlics.
5. add in potato cubes
6. Add in the drained beef and sautee.
7. serve with scrambled eggs.
