I make this after my boyfriend and I go grocery shopping. It usually gets devoured with in the first couple of days.
Ingredients:
1 large apple
1 large orange (of your choice)
1/2 cup mixed berries (i use frozen)
1 mango (or you can cut up a 1/2 cup of watermelon, or use a peach)
1 cup orange juice (we use five alive drinks, usually the pomegranate one)
Directions:
1. Wash the apple.
2. Cut the apple into bite size pieces.
3. Peel the orange and cut it up into bite size pieces.
4. Pour a half cup of mixed berries into the bowl.
5. Peel and cut up the mango, add to the bowl.
6. Pour in the juice (it may turn another colour because of the berries)
7. Cover and refrigerate for up to an hour.
