Ingredients:
5 cup(s) hot coffee |
1 tablespoon(s) espresso powder |
2 tablespoon(s) kahlua |
4 large eggs separated |
16 ounce(s) marscapone |
cocoa powder |
46 ladyfingers |
1 cup(s) sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) sugar |
Directions:
1. Add 2 T sugar, kahlua and espresso powder to hot coffee till dissolved. 2. Beat egg yolks and sugar together till light and fluffy. About 5 minutes. Add marscapone and beat another 2-3 minutes. 3. Clean bowl and add egg whites. Beat until medium stiff. Fold in cheese mixture. COver and put in fridge. 4. Dip ladyfingers and layer in a 9x13 baking dish. After bottom is covered spread half the cheese mixture. Repeat. Dust with cocoa powder |
