1 lb raspberries |
3 cups vodka, 80 proof |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
Directions:
1. Pour alcohol over berries in a crock. Cover. 2. Stir every week for 2-4 weeks. 3. Strain. 4. To 3 cups of the liquer add 1 1/4 cups sugar. 5. Age for 3 months in a glass container. 6. Use the strained fruit in desserts, or as ice cream topping. |
