just plain good.vegetarian or adapt to your tastes with real meat or poultry. use my salsa recipe as the base to this great little pizza. Ingredients:
4 flour tortillas |
chopped green onion |
sliced black olives |
1 cup cooked quorn naked chik'n cutlet |
shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 325 degrees. add my salsa to tortilla. add cheese to individual tortillas, top with onions,olives,quorn chicken.place in oven for 15-20 minutes. i like to serve with some sliced avacado and beer. |
