Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, peeled,pitted,chopped |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1/4 lb cream cheese |
2 teaspoons chili sauce |
5 spring onions, sliced |
1/2 red pepper, deseeded and sliced |
3 tomatoes, sliced |
2 ounces cheddar cheese, grated |
seasoning, chef's choice,to taste |
Directions:
1. In a food processor or blender, mix all the ingredients until smooth. 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavours to develop. 3. Serve with tortilla chips. |
