These are wonderful appetizers. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 medium onion, finely chopped |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 lbs ground beef |
taco sauce (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. 2. Add beef; mix well. 3. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in a foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan. 4. Bake at 400 for 14-18 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. 5. Serve with taco sauce if desired. |
