1 egg |
1/4 cup milk |
1 cup pancake mix |
1 cup whole shoepeg kernel corn |
Directions:
1. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot salad oil and cook slowly until golden brown, about 4 minutes. 2. Drain. |
