Tiny Pecan Muffins

This recipe comes from my favorite cookbook. The Recipe Hall of Fame Cookbook.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup self rising flour
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
2 eggs, beaten
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Bake in well greased miniature muffin tins in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Do not bake longer than 15 minutes.
2. These tend to stick if left in the tins for too long. It takes practice to get it right but they are so worth it.
