Tiny Ham Stuffed Tomatoes |

This is a recipe I often serve when I cater showers or parties. I also serve them at our card parties and cookouts. They are time consuming and take patience, but well worth the effort. It doesn't matter how many of these I make, I never have any left over. Ingredients:
1 pint cherry tomatoes |
2 cans deviled ham |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
2 tablespoons horseradish |
fresh parsley for garnish |
Directions:
1. Thinly slice tops of cherry tomatoes then remove pulp and drain shells upside down on paper towels. 2. In a small bowl combine ham, sour cream and horseradish. 3. Stuff tomatoes and refrigerate. 4. Garnish with parsley before serving. |
