Ok! so this can pad the hips if you keep making it and eating it all..lol so go easy hahaha.......kidding .......enjoy ......
Ingredients:
1- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2- tablespoon butter
1- 6 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2- cup butter
1- cup brown sugar
1- egg beaten
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2- cup quick oats
1- teaspoon vanilla
1/2- cup nuts chopped
Directions:
1. Combine the sweetened condensed milk , 2 tablespoon butter and 6 ounce of chocolate chips put in double broiler . Cook stirring , until melted and smooth and cool…….

3. Cream together 1/2 cup butter and sugar……
4. Add egg, mixing well, blend in vanilla, oats and flour
5. Stir in nuts
6. Pat into a greased 9 inch square pan
7. Pour chocolate mixture over the top spreading evenly
8. Bake at 350 degrees f. for 25-30 minutes ..
9. Do not over bake check it after 20 minutes
10. Cool and cut in bars
11. Makes 9 bars …..
12. I have also added some peanut butter to the topping its great I mixed it with the chocolate …….use your judgment of how much you want ……..enjoy ……
