Tina's Mexican Corn Chowder

This soup is different from the other mexican corn chowders listed. It is scrumptious!!
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 cups half-and-half cream
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (optional)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients EXCEPT milk in pot. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in milk and heat through. Serve with crushed tortilla chips and pepper jack cheese on top.
