Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise |
2 teaspoon(s) chili powder |
1 pinch(s) salt to taste |
4 piece(s) tilapia filets 1 pound total |
1 1/2 cup(s) frozen corn thawed |
1 whole(s) lime cut into 1/2 slices |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. In small bowl, combine mayo, chili powder, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Grease a 9 square baking dish with 1 tsp. of may mix. 3. Place the tilapia in baking dish and coat with remaining mayo mix. Top with corn. 4. Broil until corn lightly browned and fish is cooked through, about 10 minutes. 5. Serve with lime wedges. |
