Tilapia With Collards

A weeknight type of meal
Ingredients:
4 tilapia fillets
5 garlic cloves (2 crushed, 3 sliced)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (i used enova)
8 ounces collard greens
4 ounces frozen corn
1 tablespoon hot sauce (or to taste)
Directions:
1. Heat oil. Add garlic, gently saute.
2. Place fillets in pan. Heap collards and corn on top. Add hot sauce. turn once, after about five minutes.
