I made this for the first time today. It takes almost no time to prepare and maybe 6 minutes to cook, if even that! What I liked best is that the seasonings did not overpower the delicate taste of the fish. Ingredients:
4 6 rain forest tilapia fillets |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons parsley flakes |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley flakes; set aside. 2. Heat a large sauté pan and add olive oil, butter, and lemon. 3. Sauté fillets 2-3 minutes per side until white and flaky. 4. Sprinkle cheese mixture on fillets and sauté each side for another minute, then serve. |
