12 ounces tilapia |
3 cups potato, sliced |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1/4 cup green onion |
1 cup chicken broth |
3 cup green bean |
Directions:
1. fry fish in olive oil until opaque. Remove with slotted spoon. Keep warm. saute onion in olive oil. add potato and chicken broth. cook, covered until chicken broth evaporates. While potatoes are cooking, steam green beans. |
