A drink from the Tiki Bar, West Maui, United States. Taken in a book. Ingredients:
1/2 mango, peeled and pitted |
3 pieces fresh coconut (big chunks) |
1 ounce coconut cream |
2 ounces rum |
1 dash lime juice |
1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Pour all ingredients in a blender and add crushed ice. 2. Beat until creamy. 3. Serve in a tulip glass with long straws and garnish with mango slices. |
