Tiger Shrimp In Spicy Sauce |

Great change of pace on this spicy shrimp. I always double the recipe since our friends and family are huge shrimp eaters. Hope you enjoy as much as they all do. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1/2 stick butter |
1 garlic clove finely minced |
1/4 teaspoon ginger root finely minced |
1/2 teaspoon chili paste |
2 pounds jumbo shrimp cleaned and deveined |
juice of 2 limes |
lettuce greens |
Directions:
1. Heat oil and butter in a skillet until hot. 2. Sauté garlic, ginger, chili paste and shrimp until shrimp starts to turn pink about 5 minutes. 3. Add lime juice. 4. Serve over a bed of lettuce greens. |
