Delicious. Spicy and refreshing Ingredients:
6 jalapenos, seeded and sliced thinly lengthwise |
1 bunch cilantro |
1/2 yellow onions, sliced thin cut thin lengthwise or 2 green onions, cut thin lengthwise |
1 teaspoon sesame seeds |
light rice vinegar |
sesame oil (spicy is okay) |
salt |
Directions:
1. The key to this salad is that all the ingredients are very fresh and thinly sliced. Wash and chop cilantro. Trim tops off jalapenos, then slice peppers lengthwise as thin as possible. Cut the onion into thin strips. Toss all sliced veggies in a bowl with the light rice vinegar, sesame oil and salt. Sprinkle sesame seeds on before serving. |
