This dessert is easy to prepare and very tasty, ideal for chocolate mousse lovers. It is very popular in several restaurants around the island. The curious thing is that it served in small pots for plants Ingredients:
1 cream cheese |
1/2 bar melted butter |
1/2 cup domino sugar (x10) |
2 boxes vanilla or chocolate pudding instant |
3 1/2 cup milk |
1 pot of whipped cream topping 16 oz. or 2 cups |
of heavy cream beat until stiff peaks form |
16 chocolate cookies without the cream |
12 small molds may be small pots without the hole in the bottom |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar until be creamy 2. In another bowl mix the milk, whipping cream and pudding mix 3. Then combine the two mixtures well 4. Grind cookies in a food processor without the cream 5. Put in each mold a layer of crushed cookies, then one of the mixture and so on until it finishes with crackers. 6. Place in the refrigerator for an hour 7. Then adorned with sugar flowers, natural or artificial. |
