This drink comes from The Tides Hotel in Miami, FL. Very refreshing! Ingredients:
2 ounces coconut rum |
1 ounce midori melon liqueur |
3 ounces pineapple juice |
1 tablespoon chambord raspberry liquor |
fresh edible flower (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine rum, Midori and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice. 2. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. 3. Add Chambord. (It will sink to the bottom). 4. Garnish, if desired, with edible flower. |
