Your DH forgot the pizza sauce...try this for easy peasy!! Ingredients:
1 small chopped onion |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
pam cooking spray |
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes with onion and garlic |
6 ounces tomato paste |
1 pinch salt |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon basil |
2 pinches red pepper flakes |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. In lg skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients. 3. Simmer for 30 minutes. 4. Stir occasionally. |
