Ingredients:
3 medium turnips, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 pound) |
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°. 2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss with olive oil. Spread turnip mixture evenly in a jelly roll pan. 3. Bake at 425° for 35 minutes or until tender and browned, stirring twice. |
