1 can of cream of mushroom soup (i use the 98% fat free soups- you can use any variety of the cream of soups) |
1 can of cream of celery soup |
1 can of cream of chicken soup |
1 can of water |
1 to 2 cups of instant rice |
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts- cut into pieces |
2 boneless skinless chicken thighs- cut into pieces |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine the soups, the rice and the water in a 2 quart casserole dish, arrange the chicken on top (I sprinkle with some seasoning salt), place in the oven pre heated to 350 degrees- bake for about 45 minutes! |
