THREE PEPPER SALAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Greene Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1991. Ingredients:
1 red bell pepper cut into strips |
1 green bell pepper cut into strips |
1 yellow bell pepper cut into strips |
1 small red onion cut into wedges |
1/4 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all vegetables in a bowl then add vinegar and oil. 2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper the mix well and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. |
