1 package (10 ounces) angel hair coleslaw mix |
1 medium sweet red pepper, finely chopped |
1 medium green pepper, finely chopped |
1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped |
3 green onions, chopped |
1/4 cup white wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
2 teaspoons canola oil |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Place the first five ingredients in a large serving bowl. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Pour over coleslaw mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Yield: 8 servings. |
