Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups seeded, diced watermelon
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup peeled, diced jicama
1/4 cup diced cantaloupe
1/4 cup diced honeydew melon
2 tablespoons finely chopped purple onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and store in refrigerator. Serve with grilled fish.
