This is so healthy yet so tasty. Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup salad oil |
1 small clove garlic crushed with garlic press |
1 tablespoon water |
3 tablespoons wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon ground oregano |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
boston lettuce |
watercress |
endives |
Directions:
1. Mix lettuces together in large bowl. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and shake well. 3. Do not refrigerate. 4. Should be aged 24 hours to develop tastes. 5. Shake again before serving. |
