Ingredients:
4 eggs |
2 cup(s) sugar |
1 cup(s) cocoa |
1 cup(s) flour |
1 teaspoon(s) peppermint extract |
2 stick(s) margarine |
1 box(es) 10x sugar |
1 stick(s) margarine softened |
1/2 teaspoon(s) peppermint extract |
few drop(s) milk |
3-4 drop(s) green food color |
1 square semi-sweet chocolate |
2 squares bitter chocolate |
2 tablespoon(s) margarine |
Directions:
1. Layer 1: Beat eggs, sugar, cocoa, flour, and extract. Melt margarine and add. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 and cool. 2. Layer 2: Mix sugar and softened margarine. Add extract, milk, and coloring. Spread on cooled cake. 3. Layer 3: Melt chocolate and margarine. Brush on with pastry brush. Chill and cut into bars. |
