1 cup fresh basil |
1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley |
1/2 cup fresh dill |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons grated romano cheese |
1/2 cup pasta cooking liquid |
1 lb cooked spaghetti, warm |
Directions:
1. Finely chop the herbs, walnuts and garlic in a food processor. 2. With motor running, gradually add the olive oil. Add the cheese. 3. Remove 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking liquid before draining the pasta. 4. Toss hot pasta with the sauce and reserved liquid. Serve. |
