                    Quinoa, a grain that looks like round sesame seeds, contains more protein than other grains. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 tablespoons butter  |  
                                                1/2 cup finely chopped green onions  |  
                                                1 cup uncooked basmati rice  |  
                                                1/2 cup uncooked quinoa  |  
                                                1/2 cup uncooked millet  |  
                                                3 cups vegetable broth  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon sea salt  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 minutes. Add rice, quinoa, and millet; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
