Cooking Light Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion |
1 cup uncooked basmati rice |
1/2 cup uncooked quinoa |
1/2 cup uncooked millet |
3 cups vegetable broth |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 minutes. 2. Add rice, quinoa, and millet; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in broth and salt. 3. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. |
