                    Not only good but good for you. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 cups bisquick  |  
                                                1/3 cup cornmeal  |  
                                                1/3 cup whole wheat flour  |  
                                                1/3 cup oatmeal  |  
                                                1/4 cup sugar  |  
                                                1 teaspoon cinnamon  |  
                                                2/3 cup milk  |  
                                                3 tablespoons vegetable oil  |  
                                                1 egg  |  
                                                2 cups apples, chopped  |  
                                                1/2 cup raisins (optional)  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine Bisquick, cornmeal, flour, oatmeal, sugar and cinnamon. 2. In a separate bowl, mix milk, oil and egg. 3. Add to dry mixture. 4. Add apples and raisins; stir just until blended. 5. Pour into muffin pans. 6. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.                              |
