Three Cheese Stuffed Shells Italiano |

Not very many ingredients to make such a tasty dish. You can make this into 4 separate servings in small casserole dishes, but cut the cooking time down to about 20 minutes. Enjoy! Ingredients:
16 jumbo pasta shells |
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1 cup ricotta cheese |
1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped |
1 (14 ounce) can italian tomato sauce (preseasoned) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). 2. In a large saucepan, cook shells according to package directions; drain. 3. In medium bowl, combine 3 cheeses, eggs and parsley. 4. Fill each shell with cheese mixture. Spread tomato sauce in 2 qt (2 L) shallow rectangular casserole; arrange filled shells on top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. |
