2 ounces pepperoni |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms |
2 tablespoons black olives |
4 ounces cream cheese |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
4 mozzarella string cheese |
1 (14 ounce) can pizza dough |
3 tablespoons italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Finely chop the pepperoni. Drain and finely chop the mushrooms. Finely chop the black olives. Combine pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, cream cheese, oregano, garlic powder, 2 tablespoons parmesan, and salt and pepper in medium bowl. Stir well. 2. Cut each cheese stick into six 1/2 inch pieces. 3. On a floured surface roll out pizza dough to a 12 by 18 inch rectangle. Brush dough with 2 tablespoons of Italian Dressing. Cut into 24 equal pieces. Place one piece of the mozzrella cheese on each piece and a scant tablespoon of pepperoni mixture. Bring all four corners together and pinch to seal.
