Three-Cheese Garden Pizza |

Can use home-made pizza dough or store-bought. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package prepared pizza crust |
3 -4 cloves garlic, minced |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 medium tomato, sliced |
1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning |
1 teaspoon dried basil |
salt and pepper |
1 medium zucchini, sliced |
1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings |
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms |
1/2 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Roll out pizza dough on a 14-inch baking stone or greased pizza pan. 2. Bake at 400° for 5-7 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. 3. Sprinkle garlic evenly onto crust. 4. Sprinkle cheeses evenly onto crust. 5. Top with tomato slices. 6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, basil, and salt/pepper (if desired) evenly on top. 7. Layer the zucchini, onion, and mushroom over the tomatoes; sprinkle with salt/pepper if desired. 8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 9. Bake 15-18 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. 10. Cut into slices and serve warm. |
