This is good for parties of all kinds, from family reunions to football parties. Prep and cooking time does not include the 1 hour chilling time! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz) |
8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
1/2 cup parsley (fresh) |
1/4 cup green onion, minced |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon curry powder |
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions:
1. Combine the cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, and blue cheese in a medium mixing bowl; stir until well blended. Add nuts and the next 6 ingredients; stir well to combine. 2. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball; cover and chill at least 1 hour. Remove from the refrigerator before serving and roll in toasted sesame seeds. (You can toast them in a skillet really quickly). 3. Serve with an assortment of crackers. |
