2 medium onions, diced |
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
3 cloves garlic, diced |
2 cups celery, chopped |
2 medium zucchini, chopped |
1 1/2 cups tomato, chopped |
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped |
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped |
28 ounce diced tomatoes |
15 ounce dark red kidney beans |
15 ounce navy beans |
15 ounce black beans |
1 tsp chili powder |
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes |
2 tsp cumin |

1. Combine all ingredients in crock pot. 2. Cook for 6-8 hours on low |
